Biography

My career has been focused on maternal health, from working in Labor and Delivery as an RN, to caring for families as a Certified Nurse Midwife, and now helping to inform new nurses about the importance of improving outcomes for mothers and babies. I’m a Sage grad and grateful to have the opportunity to give back to the college. At home, I’m the proud momma to twin boys and one fur baby.

Best Teaching Moments

Any time I can see students get excited about the material reminds me of why I became a Nurse and an educator. Also, any time I can get a laugh out of the students to remind them that learning can (and should) be fun!

Interests

I love to spend time with my family, practice yoga, walk my pup, ski in the winter and go to the shore in the summer.
