What’s the CSTEP Summer Academy about?
Sage’s CSTEP Summer Academy is an intensive four-week summer enrichment and readiness program designed to prepare students for the challenging coursework they will begin in their fall semester at Sage. Selected students will live on campus Monday, July 9 – Friday, August 3, 2018 and will attend classes in math, chemistry/biology, writing, and critical thinking. Students will be provided with free room and board and will earn 6 college credits, which count toward the 120 credits required for graduation.
CSTEP Summer Academy participants will also attend weekly workshops, lectures and field trips that will compliment classroom learning.

Who’s eligible for the CSTEP Summer Academy?
The Sage Colleges enrolled students who meet the following criteria are invited to apply for the CSTEP Summer Academy:
- New York State resident
- African-American, Latino/Hispanic, Alaskan Native, Native American; or low-income Caucasian or Asian student (Caucasian and Asian students must meet NYS Income Guidelines
- Declare a major in one of the CSTEP Majors & Professions
