PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO THE PARKING CAPACITY AT RPI, IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT FOLKS ARRIVING AFTER 9:20 a.m. PARK IN THE TROY HIGH SCHOOL (1950 Burdett Ave, Troy, NY 12180) PARKING LOT AND A SHUTTLE WILL RUN BETWEEN THE HIGH SCHOOL AND RPI FIELD HOUSE.

8:30 A.M. We strongly encourage guests to arrive early to get a seat!
When should graduates start to line up for ceremony?
Where do we park?
In the Field House parking lots, on the street, in the Doyle Middle School (1976 Burdett Ave.), or Troy High School (off Burdett Ave.) parking lots. There will be a shuttle running continuously from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm. Guests with Disabled Parking placards may park in "A Lot" also known as the "Medical Arts Lot" adjacent to the Field House. CARS MUST HAVE A DISABLED PARKING PLACARD TO BE ALLOWED INTO THIS LOT.
Is the Field House accessible to guests with disabilities?
Yes, it is. For more information or to make special arrangements, please contact the office of Michael Baumgardner, associate vice president for student life and dean of students, at (518) 244-2207. Guests with Disabled Parking placards may park in "A Lot" also known as the "Medical Arts Lot" adjacent to the Field House. CARS MUST HAVE A DISABLED PARKING PLACARD TO BE ALLOWED INTO THIS LOT.
Do we need tickets and how many guests may we bring?
You do NOT need tickets. We kindly ask you to try to limit your guests to a maximum of 6.
How long does Commencement typically run?
About two hours. Out of respect for all of our graduates, we ask that all attendees stay for the entire Commencement Ceremony.
Is the Field House air conditioned?
No, it is not. The average high temperature in Troy at that time of May is 68 degrees. Source: NWS Daily Summary.
Who will be speaking at Commencement?
Sage will be pleased to announce that we are in the process of selecting who will deliver the Commencement address!
Sage is also in the process of selecting honorary degree recipients at this year’s ceremony.
How many Sage graduates will be receiving their degrees?
The Sage Colleges will confer a total of over 800 degrees and certificates at the 99th Commencement on Saturday, May 16. This includes students who completed their requirements in August and December of 2014 and May of 2015.
What degrees will be received at Commencement?
Bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees, as well as post-baccalaureate and post-master's certificates.

You will pay and pick up your cap & gown unit at the bookstore beginning in May.
Please note that the deadline to pre-order on line is March 21st, 2015. Please make sure to pre-reserve as soon as possible so that we are sure to deliver your correct sized gown.
