Services are available regardless of when the assault or abuse took place and whether or not the victim reported it to the police.
If you have a sexual assault emergency, get to a safe place. It is very important to seek medical attention as soon as possible for proper evaluation and treatment. Try to preserve all physical evidence; do not bathe, brush your teeth, douche, use the bathroom, eat, drink, or change your clothes. Remember- this is not your fault.
