HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING
Start your week off right first thing Monday morning with this lively and ever-changing class. Attending this class will not only jump start your week but it will ensure you never get bored with your workout!
NOT YOUR REGULAR YOGA
A blend of yoga and Pilates with an emphasis on length, strength, & flexibility. As always, we leave 10 minutes at the end of each session for relaxation and meditation. The perfect way to break up a busy day.
Offered at a slower pace, these classes focus on the basics of yoga, breath work & movement. Come to learn, play, and maybe even break a sweat in a supportive environment. You don’t need to be able to touch your toes; you just have to be willing to try.
Zumba is a high energy Latin-inspired dance class that is a fusion of Cumbia, Salsa, Reggaeton, African and Merenge rhythms in a vibrant and fun atmosphere. Zumba is exercise in disguise and you do not even have to know how to dance - if you can move, you can Zumba!
This class combines the art of karate with a high intensity workout. The goals of this program are to give the students a challenging workout while also giving a sense of individual accomplishment. Karate Cross Fitness classes provide students a complete and total body workout that will leave you feeling much tougher than when you arrived.
Based off the beach body series, Insanity is a total body workout for all fitness levels. Exercises include cardio and plyometric drills that will help you improve aerobic fitness while burning fat!
