College shouldn’t be hard to navigate, but a lot of colleges make it complicated. We believe your investment in your education is a big deal. So we’ve listened to students and designed The Gator Gateway — the college experience you deserve.
FROM YOUR FIRST HELLO, IT’S PERSONAL
Our admission team personally guides students and families through the whole application process.

Ready, set, go!
New Gators get a welcome box with swag and a community read (this fall, it’s George Takei’s graphic novel They Called Us Enemy). Self-assessments get you connected with what you need — whether it’s support from the Counseling Center or help figuring out your major or career goals.

Solutions
Solutions is a one-stop in-person and online House of Answers. No having to figure out what office to go to with your questions. We have snacks, and we guarantee we’re never out of smiles!

The RSC Thread
All students take RSC 101 (Thriving at Sage), 201 (Exploring Intercultural Perspectives), and 301 (Innovating to Impact). These give you a chance to serve the community, make friends, and get ready for college, your career, and adulting.

NaviGators, Faculty Advisors, and Gator Guides
There’s always someone to help. NaviGators are student workers who are there to guide you, and Gator Guides are staff members who serve as your mentors throughout your time at Sage.

Thrive@Russell Sage
Fun events, speakers, and a wellness course connect your well-being to equity, environmental health, and learning.

Careers
Our Center for Career and Self-Discovery staff comes into your classroom and is invested in your success. That’s why 96% of surveyed students are employed or accepted to graduate school after graduation.
Outcome data based on surveys and reported information from December 2021 and May 2022 graduates.

Engaged Learning
You’ll get at least two experiences — internships, clinicals, student teaching, service learning, undergraduate research, or experiential learning — where you’ll learn by doing and have the cred you need to secure a job after graduation.
