Plan Your Perfect Event
Russell Sage College can help you secure the perfect space to host your meeting, workshop, seminar, conference or wedding.
The Russell Sage College campus in Albany is a picturesque 15-acre site in the heart of sprawling Albany. Traditional red brick collegiate buildings frame green lawn and trees, while the vaulted roofline of the modern Opalka Gallery fronts the campus.
The Troy campus is a cornerstone of historic downtown Troy and has been home to Russell Sage College since 1916. Stately Victorian brownstones with modernized facilities are interspersed with striking modern structures like the glass-domed Buchman Pavilion.
Choose from conference rooms or classrooms for groups from 10 to 100, and in some cases, spaces that accommodate up to 400 people. For your summer conference, lodging is available in traditional residence halls.
If you are planning a wedding, conference or meeting, we can answer your questions, arrange a campus tour and tailor a program that’s right for you.
Food Service
Sage offers catering for every need — from morning pastries and coffee to box lunches, full buffets, theme events or food stations. We offer traditional favorites and sophisticated cuisine and can accommodate special dietary needs.
The food is delicious, and the presentation exceptional: linens and artful arrangements are the norm, and for your formal events, flowers, candles and other decor will add ambiance.
Catering is provided by Sodexo, the leading food and facilities management services company in North America.
Technology
Audio-visual equipment is available, including “smart cart” computer stations with large-screen projectors, wireless Internet, laptop ports, TV/DVD setups, videoconferencing and more.
