Our Mission
The Russell Sage College Human Resources Department mission is to work in partnership with managers and their teams, with individual employees and with other groups to provide programs and services that create a work environment of employee empowerment, leadership, guidance and involvement in the institution. Human Resources is committed to working strategically with the diverse college community in identifying and responding to its changing needs.
