As a student, you’ve invested in us. And we invest in you by making sure you get what you need during your time at Russell Sage College. That means making the process simple.

Solutions is a one-stop House of Answers. You don’t have to figure out where to go to address your question or concern, Solutions can help.

There are two ways to access Solutions:

Visit us in person!

Solutions desks are located in the libraries on both the Troy and the Albany campuses. There will always be someone there who can help you. They’re guaranteed to have a smile, and sometimes they even have snacks.

9 a.m to 5 p.m.

You can also use the chat function on this page to access Solutions on the Go, coming Fall 2023. During college business hours, you can live chat with the Solutions desk. After hours, you can connect with Aggie, our virtual assistant, to access resources.
