About Ireta London

Ireta received her BA in Psychology from Syracuse University, BS in Occupational Therapy from SUNY Downstate Medical Center, Brooklyn, NY, Master of Public Health in Community Health Education, Hunter College School of Health Sciences, New York, NY and  Post-Professional OTD from Chatham University focused on mental health/evidence based practice. Ireta worked for 10 years as a school-based therapist for the NYS Board of Education, NYC providing services to children living with emotional trauma and autistic spectrum disorders. Ireta recently retired from the New York State Capital District Psychiatric Center, and is presently a member of NYSOTA’s Mental Health (MH) Task Force and MH Community of Practice.
