Margaret Hambrose, OTD, OTR/L

Maggie received her bachelor’s degree in Health Science and masters in Occupational Therapy from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA. After working for a few years as a practitioner, she returned to school and received her post-professional doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT. She has focused the majority of her clinical practice focusing on the neurological population in a variety of settings, including acute rehabilitation and outpatient. Maggie has also worked in the acute care settings in intensive care and step-down units. Maggie focused her doctoral research on individuals who have had strokes and created a theory surrounding a person’s recovery process.
