About Wendy Gaughan
Wendy received her BS in Psychology from Siena College and MS in Occupational Therapy from Russell Sage College. She earned her Post-Professional Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from New York University. Her doctoral work focused on maternal mental health, which has become a passion within her practice and research. Wendy has worked in various settings but has always been involved in pediatric practice. Wendy has completed advanced training in perinatal mental health from Postpartum Support International in 2021 and received Board Certification in Pediatrics through AOTA in 2023. Wendy teaches in the pediatrics sequence. In 2025, Wendy completed advanced training and certification in Ayres Sensory Integration (ASI) through the Collaborative for Leadership in Ayres Sensory Integration®.
