Dylan Farnan, RDN

Upon completing Sage’s Dietetic Internship program, Dylan Farnan, RDN, found a job he loves — at the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children in Hudson Falls, New York — with the help of staff from Sage. Read Dylan Farnan’s Sage Spotlight

Colleen McCrief, RD

As Colleen McCrief, MS, RD, worked at the forefront of advanced life sciences at Texas Medical Center, she remained inspired by the nutrition professors she had as an undergraduate at Sage. In 2013, she returned to Sage as an assistant professor and director of the Didactic Program in Dietetics.

Markelle Patterson

In Sage’s undergraduate Nutrition Science program, Markelle Patterson has been able to dig into the hard science of nutrition, while also being exposed to community programs that provide food and nutritional education to those in need. 

Monica Salafia, RD

“I’m doing exactly what I want to do,” says Monica Salafia, RD, owner of Mind on Nutrition and consulting dietitian for the Denver Nuggets. “And everything I’m doing is because of the base of knowledge and experience I got at Sage.”
