poses and confidence builders.

  • Examine why people resist change and how leaders can respond constructively.
  • Apply entrepreneurial thinking to identify opportunities and create value.

  • Leave with actionable insights to apply immediately in your field.

And it’s built by people who know
how hard it is to balance it all.

Each module delivers valuable, immediately applicable tools, whether you continue in a graduate program or complete the certificate as a stand-alone credential.

Take one module

Complete all three
and earn credits toward your master’s degree.

Frequently Asked Questions

You will receive a grade for completing each module.

No. This series is being offered as a professional development certificate, but should you decide to pursue the MBA or M.S. in Organization Management at Russell Sage, you would have to apply for admission to our graduate school. GRE scores are already not required for graduate school admission at Russell Sage, making for a simpler admission process.

You can still benefit from taking this professional development certificate program. However, you would not be eligible for the credits toward an MBA or M.S. in Organization Management, which requires a bachelor’s degree for admission.

No. You can pay for each module individually and take the ones that interest you. You won’t, however, be eligible for receiving three credits toward an MBA or M.S. in Organization Management at Russell Sage unless you complete all three modules.

We will be offering this series again next year, allowing you to pick up the modules you may have missed.

This professional development certificate series is a great way to ease back into school, especially if you’re considering pursuing an advanced degree like an MBA but are worried about whether you are ready.

Business is changing rapidly, and this professional development series looks at both theory and current issues in today’s career world. If you went to graduate school years ago, consider this a refresher that looks through a contemporary lens.
