Clinical Anatomy of the Upper Extremity: Cadaveric Lab Workshop for OTs

This workshop is intended for occupational therapists who are seeking a deeper appreciation of clinically relevant anatomy.
Clinicians will register for one one-hour session on Thursday, October 22 or Thursday, October 29. Spots are limited to 25 participants per one-hour session, with a maximum of 50 total. Earn 2 NYS Continuing Competency Hours.
Payment is due at the door. Cash and Venmo accepted.

Includes 1 hour of pre-workshop modules to review clinical anatomy.
Learning Objectives:
- Identify key anatomical structures of the shoulder, elbow, forearm, wrist, and hand using prosected cadaver specimens.
- Trace major upper-extremity muscles, tendons, and peripheral nerves and describe their anatomical relationships from proximal to distal.
- Relate upper-extremity anatomical structures to their roles in movement, joint stability, sensation, and functional performance.
- Apply anatomical knowledge to common upper-extremity clinical conditions to support occupational therapy evaluation and intervention planning.
