Seminars are Part of Community Caregivers
“Lunchtime Chat” Series

Katrin Ramsey, DSc, assistant professor of physical therapy, and physical therapy students at Russell Sage College will lead call-in presentations focused on health and wellness for homebound adults in April and May.

The presentations are part of the Community Caregivers weekly Lunchtime Chat series, held every Tuesday at 1 p.m.

The presentations include:

— April 20, 1 p.m.: Are You in Good Shape? Healthy Aging for a Best Life

— April 27, 1 p.m.: Flexibility and Balance

— May 4, 1 p.m.: Strength and Endurance

The programs are free and open to anyone. To participate, call 518-992-6661 at 1 p.m. on the day of the presentation.
