About Brian White

Dr. Brian White is a finance and business professional with over 20 years of leadership experience in wealth management, banking, and higher education. He currently serves as an AVP and Private Client Portfolio Investment Advisor at TD Wealth, where he manages client assets, executes equity and fixed-income strategies, and advises high-net-worth individuals on portfolio performance. Before this role, he held multiple leadership positions within retail banks, overseeing teams, driving operational efficiency, and managing portfolios.

In addition to his industry career, Dr. White is an accomplished academic. He is a tenure-track Professor of Finance and Economics at Russell Sage College and was recently appointed as the Graduate School Program Director. He has taught extensively across undergraduate and graduate programs at several institutions, including the University of Maryland Global Campus, Strayer University, and Bryant and Stratton College. His teaching focuses on finance, economics, and business strategy, with an emphasis on practical application and student engagement in both online and traditional learning environments. 

He is actively researching how the different generations respond to working conditions and unique ways to lead a multi-generational workforce for publication. 

Dr. White resides in Brunswick, New York, with his wife and three children. Dr. White enjoys scuba diving with his wife and both camping and traveling with their children.
