Scott Stalker is a senior public sector technology executive and applied AI architect serving as Deputy Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer for New York State.

With more than 15 years of experience spanning software engineering, data architecture, and enterprise leadership, he has led the design and implementation of statewide AI strategy, governance frameworks, and large-scale data and analytics platforms. He is recognized for translating emerging technologies into practical, high-impact solutions that modernize government operations while maintaining strong standards for security, ethics, and public trust.
