Yvonne Isgro

With over 13 years of experience at Goldman Sachs Ayco, Yvonne brings a deep understanding of leadership, talent development, and organizational strategy to the classroom. She has spent the past seven years in a management role, where she oversees a team of approximately 80 professionals. In this capacity, she is responsible for guiding employee development through hands-on training, performance feedback, and long-term career progression planning.

In addition to her leadership responsibilities, Yvonne plays a key role in recruiting and talent acquisition. She manages a comprehensive regional summer internship program, helping to identify, mentor, and develop the next generation of professionals. Her passion for education and mentorship is a driving force behind her transition into teaching at the college level, where she aims to bridge real-world business experience with academic learning.

Her background in education, combined with her corporate experience, allows her to bring practical insights and meaningful perspective into the classroom, preparing students for success in dynamic professional environments.

Outside of her professional work, Yvonne is an avid traveler and outdoor enthusiast who enjoys combining hiking with global exploration. She notably summited Mount Kilimanjaro, one of the world’s most iconic peaks. She is also actively involved in her church community, where she contributes to youth programs and remains committed to giving back.
