The Information Technology Department at The Sage College is dedicated in providing all of Sage's members support and assistance in the shortest amount of time. Below we outline the various avenues of assistance we provide to the Sage community.

Please note that during the summer, and during breaks, the IT Department offices close at 4pm.

Information Technology Services

The Information Technology Services Department is available, on campus, to provide assistance on numerous fronts for all members of The Sage Colleges. To view further details on the services we provide and the various ways to contact us, click here.


Our HelpDesk is dedicated in providing live assistance and troubleshooting help during normal working hours. The Helpdesk is available for all technology type questions including (but not limited to) voicemail, computers, Sage systems, email, and network problems. All requests for help and/or information, received by the Helpdesk, are entered into a centralized data-base where they are prioritized and routed to the technician responsible.

Knowledge Base

The Knowledge Base is an online service that provides tutorials, troubleshooting steps, information, and other "How-to" documents on such topics as:

  • How to Build a PowerPoint slide show,
  • How to use MySage or other systems at Sage,
  • Troubleshooting your network connection,
  • How to change your start-menu,
  • How to use the Libraries' online services,
  • What to do if you experience a problem with your Sage phone,
  • and much, much more.
