What is Flex?

The Flex format allows students to choose how they take their graduate classes each week – in person, via livestream, or online on their own time – when other programs require students to commit to one format.

  • Efficient and flexible: Most students complete the master’s degree in Organization Management in two years by taking two classes during fall, spring, and summer semesters.
  • You choose: Our new Flex format allows students to take classes the way they want – in person, via livestream, or online on their time –without locking into one format for the entire program.
  • Expert faculty: Your classes will be led by full-time professors with doctorates in management disciplines and adjuncts who are also directors of state agencies, business-owners, and chief officers in financial, healthcare, and technology fields — many who have taught at Russell Sage for years.
  • Student-centered: We keep our graduate business program small, to allow for individual attention that is rare in business school.
