Graduate Students on laptops

Real World Content and Connections

As a student in Russell Sage College’s Flex MBA program, you will rarely be lectured at. Instead you will learn through case studies, engaging online discussions and a capstone project with businesses, nonprofits or government agencies.

You’ll also network with government and nonprofit leaders, health care, finance and technology executives, and start-up entrepreneurs and small-business owners at optional school-sponsored events like employer panels and weekend-long business-plan intensives.
