Make the Most of Your Meal Plan: With Capital Eats, you’ll enjoy more flexibility than ever before, including the ability to dine across the Albany and Troy Russell Sage campuses and the Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences campus.

Sage Commons offers two different dining experiences throughout the day. During breakfast and lunch, Sage Commons operates in a retail-style format, where you can purchase meals using your Meal Exchange or Flex Dollars and enjoy them on the go or in the dining area. During dinner, the space transforms into an All You Care To Eat dining hall, where you can enjoy unlimited dining with a Meal Swipe.

Craving a late-night bite? Gator Kitchen has you covered! This ghost kitchen concept is open from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM, serving fresh, made-to-order meals. Whether you’re studying late or wrapping up evening activities, Gator Kitchen makes it easy to satisfy your cravings.

Just next door, Buchman Café offers freshly brewed coffee and grab-and-go snacks—perfect for a morning pick-me-up or an afternoon break.

The Gozzo Food Court is the heart of dining on the Albany campus. Enjoy a wide variety of fresh meals—from comfort classics and international favorites to made-to-order options, fresh salads, pizza and warm soups! With flexible payment options, including Meal Exchange, Flex Dollars, and Off-Campus Flex Dollars, it’s the perfect place to fuel your day, meet friends, and enjoy campus dining.

Flavor Lab is a new retail dining destination offering fresh, made-to-order favorites. Choose from handcrafted sushi, grilled specialties, and fresh salads. Whether you’re grabbing lunch between classes or picking up dinner on the go, Flavor Lab makes campus dining fast, fresh, and convenient.

Just steps away from Flavor Lab, you’ll also find the campus’s only market, stocked with snacks, beverages, grab-and-go items, and everyday essentials.
