The College Experience Program
The College Experience Program at Russell Sage College is a non-credit, post-secondary program in partnership with Living Resources designed for young adults with disabilities who are working toward greater independence and competitive employment.
Students live in off-campus apartments where they develop the skills needed to successfully maintain their own home while receiving individualized supports. Through non-credit functional life skills courses offered on the Russell Sage campus, personalized internships, and real-world learning opportunities, students build confidence in daily living, employment, and self-advocacy. Students are fully immersed in campus life as active participants in Russell Sage clubs, activities, and events, creating a true college experience within an inclusive and supportive community.
