This Russell Sage College Climate Crisis Educational Center is headed by Dr. Steven Leibo, Professor of Modern International History & Politics at Sage and one of the 1,000 Americans chosen to participate in former Vice President and Nobel Laureate Al Gore’s Climate Project.
Dr. Leibo was personally trained by Al Gore to give updated versions of the slideshow featured in the Academy Award-winning film An Inconvenient Truth. He also serves as a District Manager for TCP.
The Climate Crisis Center at Russell Sage College gives students the opportunity to work closely on the Climate Project in the New York and New England area, and links them to Climate Project Volunteers across the world.
The Center’s Office is located on the Troy campus in Gurley Hall, Room 210.
