McKinstry Fitness Center

If you haven’t visited the McKinstry Fitness Center yet, don’t miss out on seeing what everyone is talking about. One visit and you will be hooked!
The fitness center offers members of the Sage Community a complete cardio center—including treadmills, ellipticals, upright bikes, recumbent bikes, steppers and rowers – as well as a life fitness strength circuit and a free weight section. Along with cardio equipment there is a stretching/core stability area where students can improve their flexibility and work on their core strength.
The Recreation and Fitness Department offers a variety of programs: open gyms, intramurals, fitness challenges, one-day events, and club sports. All recreation programs are open to the entire Sage community including students, faculty, staff, administrators, and their guests. All programs are based on interest and may change from year to year.
