Digital ID cards are issued through a mobile application provided by ID123. See your Sage email account for more information. For additional instructions on how to install your card please click here. If you are still having trouble installing your card, please contact the Russell Sage College IT Department.

Sage ID is required for:

  • Library services
  • Dining services
  • Recreation and fitness centers
  • Residence hall access
  • Entry to events and activities
  • Free fares on all CDTA bus routes

Students, staff, and faculty are required to present a valid Sage ID to any college official upon request.

Rules for Sage ID Photos

To create your Sage ID card, submit an electronic photograph of yourself. Follow these guidelines to create a suitable “passport-style” photo:

  • Clear, forward-facing color photo
  • Taken from the shoulders up
  • Head and neck centered in the frame
  • Solid, light-colored background
  • No sunglasses or head-coverings *
  • File submitted in .jpg format

Physical Student ID cards will only be printed upon request. To do so, individuals will need to submit their request online through the RSC Service Center. If approved and printed, the ID card will be available for pick up in one of the College Services locations below.
