Joining ROTC
Russell Sage College is one of only 38 colleges and universities in the country to partner with Navy ROTC and offer scholarship opportunities to its Bachelor of Science in Nursing students.
Upon acceptance of the scholarship, students will be cross-enrolled with the Navy ROTC Unit at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), located approximately one mile away from the Troy campus.
Navy ROTC students will participate in various events, such as physical training and four Naval Science courses required by all midshipmen. Upon graduation, students will be commissioned as an officer in the Navy Nurse Corps.
Benefits of the NROTC Scholarship
As a recipient of the NROTC scholarship, students will receive full tuition and fees, totaling over $135,000 in four years.
