Job Description:
The FMH department needs a graduate assistant who can work independently and help in a variety of areas. The individual will assist with general office work. In addition, the person may be asked to complete projects that require contact with alums, faculty, current students in the preparation of semi-annual FMH newsletter. They may be asked to represent FMH at Graduate Information sessions. Additionally, the individual may assist in organization of FMH panels/workshops and potentially serve as program representative to AP-LS (subcommittee of the APA that focuses on Forensic Mental Health programs and issues). Finally, the individual may need to assist with maintenance of FMH FaceBook page.
The person needs to be able to work independently and be comfortable with multiple software platforms.

Job Description:
The Office of the School of Management is seeking a Graduate Assistant for the Fall and Spring Semesters. The graduate assistant will be assisting the School of Management with most aspects of its daily functions and operations, as appropriate, at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. Students will assist with the maintenance of the department’s social media accounts and Moodle, preparing accreditation materials as appropriate, and any other important program reviews or audits or research for the School of Management programs. The Graduate Assistant will also help faculty maintain their online presence for remote teaching in whichever aspect necessary.
Daily office tasks will be focused on School of Management Office Assistance: Answer phones, greet constituents and provide exemplary customer service. Provide assistance to office staff on various projects. Coordinate and help oversee special event development, planning and implementation.

Job Description:
This position will require an advanced knowledge of admissions practices (students will be trained by admission staff) and will report to the Senior Associate Director of Undergraduate Enrollment Management. Responsibilities include making phone calls to prospective students, assisting with admission events (weekend availability may occasionally be required), conducting visit meetings and presentations with prospective students and their guests, and data maintenance in Salesforce. Daily tasks will vary. Required knowledge, skills, and abilities include the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, organization, independent initiative to fulfill obligations, knowledge of Russell Sage College, strong communication skills, and eagerness to act as a mentor to undergraduate Student Ambassadors. Job Description:
The Conferences and Special Events Department is seeking a Graduate Assistant for the 23-24 academic year. The department is responsible for logistical coordination of Russell Sage College (RSC) conferences and internal and external events (including admissions, athletics, and academic programming). The individual will be responsible for assisting the Director of Conferences and Events with coordinating scheduling and logistics for both external and internal camps, conferences, workshops, and events. This is a cross campus position with flexible schedules. Some nights and weekends are required.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations.
- Process space requests made by internal and external clients.
- Assist in coordinating conferences, events and camp schedules and assign facilities for internal and external events and programs.
- Assist in maintaining scheduling database and work with various stakeholders to communicate schedule/facility changes to appropriate parties.
- Coverage of internal and external events and conferences including evenings and weekends.
- Obtains detailed information from clients on event type and event requirements to ensure the success of the event.
- Serves as a liaison between the conference and event staff and the service and support departments to ensure success of the event.
- Performs other duties as assigned

Job Description:
This position is for a Graduate Assistant in the Office of Annual Giving, which is part of the Institutional Advancement Department. Our GA will assist the Annual Fund team in raising unrestricted funds for The Sage Fund for Excellence, as well as provide day-to-day office needs.
Responsibilities of Graduate Assistant:
- Clerical tasks: copying, filing, assembling mailings, scanning, etc.
- Basic data entry, research, RSVPs, events, etc. (training will be provided)
- Making outbound calls using script – training provided
- Tracking, completing and mailing acknowledgement letters On-campus errands
- Daily IA mail runs (picking-up/delivering to College Services)
- Researching annual fund trends and donor history
- Other general office tasks and special projects as assigned

The Senior Director of Annual Giving will work with those hired to create a schedule that both meets the needs of the Office of Annual Giving as well as the Graduate Assistant.

The position requires the development of an intercollegiate athletic experience, which emphasizes high levels of academic and athletic performance in an appropriate balance
Specific coaching responsibilities include:
- Game and practice preparation, coaching, and travel
- Training, practice development and organization
- Recruitment efforts to possibly include travel, phone contacts, mailings and networking
- Attending and participating in admission’s recruiting activities
- Tracking recruiting efforts
- Compliance with NCAA and conference legislation
- Fundraising for team activities
- Attending coaches meetings and other departmental meetings
- Other duties as assigned by the Head Coach and/or the Director of Athletics
Position Requirements:
Highly organized, detail oriented individual; proficiency in Word and Excel required; experience with Front Rush software preferred; previous experience in college athletic setting preferred; ability to work nights and weekends.
