    Meet with Career Planning without a pre-arranged appointment. Open to students and alumni, walk-in hours on both campuses are from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. on Wednesdays.

    Students and alumni may schedule appointments with Career Planning through Handshake. Just go to the Career Center menu to set it all up online!

    Handshake is available to both students and alumni.

    Handshake is the best place to look for current opportunities, including internships and on-campus, full- and part-time jobs. Make sure to complete your profile to receive opportunities tailored to you.


    Candid Career

    Access thousands of videos from real professionals in fields you may be researching — a great tool to explore careers and get tips on becoming a professional in a specific industry.

    Micro-Internships

    Students from all majors can execute professional assignments to build and demonstrate skills while exploring a variety of career paths.

    What Are Micro-Internships?

    Micro-Internships are short-term, paid, professional assignments that are similar to those given to new hires or interns. Unlike traditional internships, Micro-Internships can take place year-round, typically range from 5 to 40 hours of work, and are due between one week and one month after kick-off.

    Volunteer and Community Service Opportunities

    Volunteering and participating in community service is a great way to gain valuable skills and experience.

    Career Exploration with Focus2

    Some students arrive on campus with an idea of what they wish to major in and do as a career, and others arrive ready to explore their potential majors and careers. We offer the Focus2 Assessment platform to all students. Please contact us for the passcode.
